How It Works
Volume = length × width × depth (depth ÷ 12 for feet), then ÷ 27 for cubic yards. Weight depends on the stone: 1.3–1.5 tons per cubic yard.
Calculation Explanation
Example: 10×30 ft driveway, 4 in deep, #57 stone → 100 cu ft → 3.70 yd³ → 5.4 tons. Adding 10% gives ~4.1 yd³ / 5.9 tons to order.
