How It Works
Area = length × width. Add the waste factor (10–15% for cuts and mistakes), then divide by the box coverage and round up — you can't buy a third of a box.
Calculation Explanation
Example: 12×12 room = 144 sq ft → +10% = 158.4 sq ft → 158.4 ÷ 20 sq ft per box = 7.9 → 8 boxes.
